What is your cancellation policy?
Room, golf, and spa reservations must be cancelled at least three (3) days prior to day of arrival in order to avoid fees and forfeiting your deposit. Early departure after registration will result in a $100.00 charge. Rooms booked in association with a group, meeting or conference may be subject to a different cancellation policy.
Do you allow pets?
While we are not pet-friendly, we do allow service animals.

When does the shuttle run?
Free front gate shuttle service to and from Hersheypark runs on a continuous loop when Hersheypark is open. Wait time is approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on local traffic.

Can I purchase a day pass?
Our (indoor pool/fitness center) is an exclusive amenity for overnight guests of The Hotel Hershey and guests of The Spa At The Hotel Hershey. Thank you.
Outdoor pool
When does the outdoor pool complex open?
The outdoor pool complex at The Hotel Hershey is scheduled to open for the season on May 27, weather permitting. Hours will be 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, all pools are heated 82-84 degrees.
Can I purchase a day pass?
Our outdoor pool complex is an exclusive amenity for overnight guests of The Hotel Hershey and guests of The Spa At The Hotel Hershey with 3 or more 50-minute services or qualifying spa packages. Thank you.
Can I access the pool/resort amenities prior to check-in? Can I use the pool/amenities after check-out on my check-out day?

Free front gate shuttle service to and from Hersheypark runs on a continuous loop when Hersheypark is open. Wait time is approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on local traffic.
Does the shuttle still run when Hersheypark is closed?
No, free shuttle service to Hersheypark is only available on park operating days.
Can I use the shuttle service on the day I check out?
Yes, guests can hold onto their room key and use the shuttle after checkout.
Does it stop at Chocolate World?
Free front gate shuttle service drops guests off at the exclusive resort drop-off location at Hersheypark, which is adjacent to Hershey's Chocolate World Attraction.
Does it stop at Hersheypark Stadium?
Free front gate shuttle service drops guests off at the exclusive resort drop-off location at Hersheypark, which is adjacent to Hersheypark Stadium, on days when Hersheypark is open.
Does it stop at GIANT Center?
No, free front gate shuttle service drops guests off at the exclusive resort drop-off location at Hersheypark. Guests are welcome to use the marked sidewalks and bridge to walk to GIANT Center from Hersheypark.
Dining
Can I make a dining reservation??
Yes, many of our restaurants accept dining reservations. Please click on the restaurant you’d like to visit on our Dining page, then make a reservation using the widget located on that restaurant’s page. Please note, reservations are generally not accepted Memorial Day through Labor Day. Check TheHotelHershey.com/dining first to see if reservations are accepted (certain restaurants do not accept reservations).
General questions about food allergies
We take food allergies seriously at The Hotel Hershey. If you, or someone in your party, has a Food Allergy or Dietary Restriction, please alert your server when dining, and ask to speak to the restaurant manager. He/She will be able to help guide your menu selection. Thank you.
